Refund policy

At SkyDyeing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you have received, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Return Policy

We offer  7 Business Days  return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items marked as non-returnable, including but not limited to custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product to us.

Please ensure that you send the item back to the provided address in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process and credit the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If your return is due to an error on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at care.skydyeing@gmail.com. We will assist you with the exchange process, subject to availability of the desired product. If the exchanged product is of a higher value, you may be asked to pay the difference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items on sale or clearance, unless defective.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at care.skydyeing@gmail.com with pictures of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement within 3 days based on the nature of the issue.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
